Simon York
Simon is an artist who is not afraid of color. His soft touch with the piano contrasts with the more wild side of his nature exhibited through his guitar playing. His repertoire ranging from traditional jazz pieces such as "I've got you under my skin" to the early Cole Porter standard "You're so easy to love". Some other songs have more contemporary rhythmic motifs and instrumentation.
Simon's use of traditional instruments and piano with the electric guitar and synthesizers is compelling. There are also some very strong bluesy overtones and suggestions of a classical influence.

Simon York is a seasoned international, performing, recording artist, regularly performing in international music "Hot Spots". Simon was resident pianist for many years throughout Europe, Japan and the Caribbean in luxury resorts and five/six star hotels. He also has a powerful "covers" entertainment show for weddings and events. Simon is the perfect weddings entertainer. Simon also performs with a string ensemble, if needed, and provides a DJ service.
